And the best dads are in the same play...sharing the stage. Happy Father's Day to my two favorite actors: Bug and Philostrate
And all the men and women merely players; "They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts..."

This looks so exciting. Happy Father's Day to Mr. Arty Fice, and to you. Yesterday I went to hear Mike
Dooley talk about transformation and I think a big change happening is that loving men are being recognized for their kindness. So I raise a glass to all the loving men (and women) all over the world today.

Happy Daddeo! What a guy!
Nice post, Mom.
Thank you, Barbara. I'm right there with you. I don't think that it's "The End of Men" as Hanna Rosin wrote in the Atlantic mag. I think it's merely the end of a construct--a 19th and 20th century construct that's no longer useful and one that made men only two dimensional for way too long.
Yes, I'll raise a glass to all of the good fathers out there and I'll bet Steven is one of them too!
You're very kind, SamArtDog. Thank you.
He needed a tribute...
Had a very happy Fathers Day myself which now extends to Happy Grand-Fathers Day of course!
I just love this play (after the blood and guts of Macbeth) and doff my hat to anyone who can act the part of Philostrate. Well done that man!
Oh, yes, it is the best play! The one my boys were in was a city hit and has been talked about as one of the finest productions of it in Tucson ever.
You are a lucky man to be so blessed with fatherhood AND GRANDfatherhood! I'm very happy that it was a good day for you too.
